I’m building a company from scratch with one obsession. It will be a Bitcoin-powered operating company. Not a crypto trading shell, not a DeFi protocol masking as innovation, and certainly not a fiat-burning startup chasing VC logos.
It’s a business. With real clients, real cashflow, real operations and a treasury strategy anchored in Bitcoin.
Because the system is broken.
While most founders still optimize for dilution and slide decks, I’m opting out. I refuse to build on a currency that decays by design. Central banks have turned money into a political tool, redistributing purchasing power through inflation and stripping businesses of long-term certainty. If your company runs on fiat, you’re playing a rigged game where the rules mutate quarterly.
Sobtree is different.
We use Bitcoin not as a speculative line item, but as an input. It’s the backbone of our treasury, yes, but also of our operations. BTC backs our financial architecture, funds real infrastructure, and fuels the mining equipment we deploy to secure the network and generate asymmetric returns.
The principle is simple:
Never sell Bitcoin, always make it work.
Our revenue in euros comes from services and publishing. That fiat is converted into BTC, deployed via colateralized strategies or reinvested into ASICs and energy infrastructure. Every sat flows through a productive loop. Cold wallets aren’t idle, they’re reserves with purpose. This is not a holding company. It’s a production engine.
It’s already happening.
Look at MicroStrategy, Block, MetaPlanet. They’ve tested this thesis at scale. But what about private operators? What about the European builders? Most are still stuck waiting for “institutional adoption.” I’m not.
I’m building it. Now.
And I’m documenting everything. Not to teach but to prove it works. If I want others to adopt this model, I need to do it first, publicly, in real-time. No branding fluff, no hype. Just real cashflows, custody setups, and decision trees, exposed as they happen.
This is not theory. This is a live Bitcoin-native business, running lean, local, and with skin in the game.
In this newsletter, you’ll learn:
How to generate operating cashflow while accumulating BTC
How to use Bitcoin-backed loans to grow without dilution
How to manage treasury in a way that compounds through market cycles
How to structure BTC mining operations under European legal frameworks
How to separate strategic cold storage from operational wallets
How to design a business that lives outside fiat dependency
And how to scale from €3–5k/month to capital-intensive projects, without selling equity or coins
Most founders start by raising. I’m starting by working.
Sobtree doesn’t exist to chase capital. It exists to produce it.
This isn’t about hype. This is about resilience.
Bitcoin is no longer a hedge. It’s the base layer. The standard. The lever.
Once you build from that foundation, everything changes:
Treasury becomes strategy. Capital becomes conviction. Debt becomes productive.
Sobtree is being built publicly, brick by brick. And we’re already in motion.
Not because it’s fashionable.
Because it’s necessary.
